Open 7 days a week Monday - Saturday 7am till 10pm and Sunday 8am till 8pm (we allow members to use later if required).
Located in the gym we offer 7 Cardiovascular machines, 6 Resistant Weight machines, a free weights area and our Sauna and Steam Room.
